How do I determine my correct nail size?
Each Candy Claws set comes with a detailed sizing guide. You can measure your natural nails using a soft measuring tape in millimeters or purchase our Sizing Sample Kit to ensure a perfect fit before placing your order.
How long do the press-on nails stay on?
With proper prep using our included application kit, your nails can last up to 2 weeks with nail glue, or 2-4 days using our temporary adhesive tabs—perfect for weekend events.
Are Candy Claws reusable?
Yes! Our high-quality salon-grade materials allow for multiple uses. Simply gently buff away any dried glue from the back of the nail after removal, and they are ready for your next application.
What is your shipping policy?
We process orders within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days domestically. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Can I return or exchange my nails?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail sets. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
